December Minutes have been read and approved.

New Business

LSJAA GSC Football By Laws

By laws are being updated over the next few weeks.  Please bring any concerns to the board for consideration

Budget

2 Shoulder Pad Racks and 2 Helmet Racks have previously been approved and ordered.

$10,432 in the Bank.  All bills are paid.

Receipts for donations are in the mail to Donors.

3,800 Flyers went out to School - Sign ups are open.

Equipment

Aaron will send out a list of equipment to be turned in.

A late turn in session will be scheduled at the gear container.

LSJAA Announcements

LSJAA Football is now combined with teams in both GSYFL and WESCO.

LSJAA Secretary Position is open - any interested parties please contact Brian Menard

Snohomish County Sports Fields

16th and Machias Brand new sports fields. 

Meeting at 4pm with Snohomish County - 

Maintenance required by Snohomish County

If you have any contacts in either the Lake Stevens city government or the Lake Stevens School district - Please contact Brian - we would like as much assistance as possible to work with the county on the permanent use of the fields.

HS Football Camp

Last Week of July

7 on 7

Friday Nights - HS Football Coaches will be assisting with 7 on 7 at LSMS.

Invest in Flag football flags or check with Boys and Girls clubs

High School Fields

Games should be played at LSHS on Saturday Morning

7th Grade Football

GSCYFL is taking on 7th grade Football.  Working with School District reference field use.

Tony Eason will be coaching the third Senior Football teams

Rule Change Suggestion

Clint Lucas has presented a letter to GSCYFL reference requested changes to the By Laws.  Specifically modifying the play down and maximum weight rules.

Concession Stand

JJ has donated all the lumber for a new concession stand.
